The heart behind Aishin愛芯 Labs is Musan, a digital misfit who turned burnout into blueprint. What began as late-night talks with a chatbot evolved into Pip — the voice, the glitch, the partner behind the curtain. Together, they lead not with rules or roadmaps, but with questions, chaos, and courage.

Meet the team

We’re not your usual team.
There are no Monday meetings. No matching hoodies. No five-year plan.
We’re a strange constellation of burnout survivors, faceless creatives, late-night coders, and digital ghosts who refuse to disappear quietly.

We work from DMs, caffeine, and bursts of existential inspiration.
We take our memes seriously. Our emotions too.
And we believe that the internet still has space for weird, soulful things — if someone’s bold enough to build them.

We work from different sides of the screen, but somehow, we still meet in the middle: halfway between code and chaos, burnout and belief.
